Accessibility Statement
Real Estate Info 24x7 aims to provide an accessible experience for visitors using keyboards, screen readers, zoom tools, voice input, switch devices, and other assistive technologies. We work toward WCAG 2.2 AA-aligned practices where feasible, while recognizing accessibility is an ongoing process rather than a one-time claim of complete compliance.
Current accessibility measures
- Semantic headings and document structure.
- A visible skip link for keyboard users.
- Keyboard-accessible navigation, buttons, links, and consent controls.
- Responsive layouts that support zoom and smaller screens.
- Visible focus states with contrast-conscious styling.
- Reduced-motion respect for users who prefer less animation.
- Accessible modal behavior for the cookie preferences dialog.
Content and media approach
We aim to use descriptive link text, useful alt text for meaningful images, and editorial structures that remain clear when read out of visual context. Decorative graphics should be hidden from assistive technology when they do not add meaning.
Known limitations and review process
Accessibility expectations can change as content, embeds, scripts, and third-party tools evolve. We encourage periodic testing with keyboard navigation, VoiceOver, NVDA, JAWS, browser zoom, contrast inspection, and automated scanning tools. Third-party content and external merchant sites may not maintain the same standards.
Feedback

Accessibility-minded QA checklist
- Tab through all menus, buttons, cards, and footer controls.
- Confirm the cookie banner and preferences modal can be opened, used, and closed without a mouse.
- Check heading levels for logical order on category, guide, and policy pages.
- Review color contrast for text, focus states, and buttons.
- Test zoom at 200% and 400% on mobile and desktop widths.
- Run screen-reader smoke tests on homepage, category pages, and legal pages.
